Do you have a dispute with this company? Do you need an attorney? Should you file a lawsuit?

The first step to resolving any problem is to lodge your complaint with the management. We often find that the attitude of lower-level employees does not reflect management's attitude. If you have a complaint, ask for a manager! If the manager is unresponsive, ask to speak to the next level of management.

You should also write a complaint letter directly to the owner or President. Consumers have rights. Be sure you complain if a company violates your rights or uses bad business practices. No consumer should be subjected to unfair business practices or false advertising. There are laws to protect consumers.

If you had a bad experience that you cannot resolve directly with the company, you can file a complaint with the OBB. We will then contact the merchant on your behalf and share your complaint with their management. Resolution of your complaint is our mission. We want to resolve your consumer complaint.

To remain a member in good standing of the Online Business Bureau, the business will be required to respond to your complaint in a timely fashion. Please note that the Online Business Bureau is not a government agency or consumer affairs division. We are also not lawyers. We cannot force a company to take any action.
