Koko FitClub of Grand Rapids Produces Real Results

GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan (February 4, 2016) - Koko FitClub of Grand Rapids, a digital gym with two locations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, strives to transform the lives of its members through a unique approach to health and fitness - and they’ve succeeded. Marjie VanPutten, Koko FitClub member since June of 2015, is just one example of how Koko FitClub can produce real results for real people.

At age 52, Marjie was about to give up her journey of trying to lose weight, but then her son encouraged her to give Koko FitClub a try. 

“I spoke with FitCoach Sean Nichols and learned all about the benefits that Koko FitClub has to offer,” said VanPutten. “It was then that I realized this was a new approach to fitness that I needed to attempt, and I could not be happier with the results.”

After seven months of training with the Koko FitClub of Grand Rapids team, Marjie has lost 45 pounds and several inches. Furthermore, she has reported a difference in the way her clothes fit and feel, and says that her energy levels have certainly risen. In addition to her own success, Marjie states that her husband has also lost several pounds in working side by side with her during this experience.

Koko FitClub of Grand Rapids follows a strategic routine with each of their members: a smartraining session and 30 minutes of Koko cardio three times per week, totaling one hour of exercise during each visit. All members receive a private consultation with a Certified FitCoach, a customized strength and cardio training program, an integrated nutrition program with daily meal plans, monthly progress reports and so much more.
