AWLLC Introduces Digital Arts Media Network Inc As First PAI

New York, NY – (April 17, 2017) AJENE WATSON, LLC, a New York financial services and business development firm, announced its first Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI), as being Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. (OTCMKTS: DATI), on the heels of an article released by Inc. Magazine (online) – “What To Expect When Innovation Accelerates” – discussing this financial innovation.

“In developing the PAI model, at the time, digital media and/or media encompassing apps were a focal point for many of our clients,” stated Ajene Watson, Executive Managing Member of AJENE WATSON, LLC.  “So naturally, we began strategizing that our first Public Accelerator-Incubator be geared toward this segment of the technology space; Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. was born”

As the first PAI, Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. – trading under the ticker symbol OTCMKTS: DATI – will usher in a new way for the start-up community to secure investments, angel investors to hedge their risk in private investments, and the microcap community to participate in those highly vetted early stage tech startup opportunities poised to become the next Unicorn/Narwhal. Digital Arts Media Network and the PAI model has done well to garner the interest, support and participation of investors, consultants, professors and mentors, despite the platform being designed to leverage the microcap markets, specifically.

Watson continued, “In the most basic sense, it isn’t  much of a big deal to be an accelerator trading on the public markets. I am sure the likes of accelerator giants such as Techstars or Y Combinator can easily do so if they chose. And on a normal day, I wouldn’t be that excited about an accelerator that traded on the OTC Markets. However, what we’ve done here was combine the passions and expertise of the PAI architects, mine being primarily in the microcap space, to create respective solutions for the investment community. It just so happens that this very same platform, can significantly accelerate the capital investment and positive market exposure a start-up experiences.

“The PAI is not simply an accelerator that trades on a public exchange… No. The PAI is a tool that becomes an ‘add-on’ to top tier accelerators like Angelpad, StartX and 500 Startups; in turn, becoming a godsend for investors of all socio-economic classes.

“Techstars Alum, Co-Chief Architect of PAI and Board Advisor to Digital Arts Media Network, Inc., Ruben Porras, framed it well; in that, ‘the investment community has never been a space for all people, until now. True access to wealth and financial prosperity through investments has never been within arm's reach for the majority of people in this country... finally, microcap investors will... have the confidence they're investing in solid teams and technologies.’

“That is the purpose of the Public Accelerator-Incubator, and Digital Arts Media Network, Inc., will be the first PAI to prove our startup-investment-accelerator model.”

Digital Arts Media Network will also apply the PAI’s “Path of Accuracy” to most of the accelerated startups within its portfolio, which for the time being, will focus primarily on startups covering:

·       Communications

·       Streaming and other Digital Media

·       Entertainment and the Arts

·       Social Integrations

·       Blockchain and Cryptography as a vertical to all segments
