Ms. Linda Taetz to Speak at the 2016 Midwest Conference
Linda Taetz, Senior VP and Compliance Officer, Mariner Health Central, Inc. will speak at the 2016 CLM Midwest Conference held June 23, 2016 at the Hilton Omaha. Her session is entitled, “Whistle While You Work - How to Prevent Activity Leading to Whistleblower Actions and Protect Health Organizations and Medical Practices from Whistleblower Threats.”
Linda Taetz, a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator in California and Connecticut, is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Mariner Health Central, Inc. (Mariner) headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Linda, who holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Nursing, is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
Linda works closely with senior management; Board of Directors; post- acute facility administrative staff to provide leadership, Compliance/Privacy oversight and consultative services in a variety of environments.
Linda is past President of the California Association of Health Care facilities (CAHF) Council of Long Term Care Nurses and has been a member of the Southern California Hospital Association; California Coalition for Compassionate Care and UCLA Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the UCLA Borun Center for geriatric research. She is a past presenter with the California Association of Health Facilities and post-acute organizations throughout California.
