Michael Morin, Premier DUI Attorney, Advanced Level Training on How to Beat a Radar Enforced DUI/Traffic Stop
Michael Morin of Boiling Springs, South Carolina recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on How to Beat a Radar Enforced DUI/Traffic Stop. Michael received training on how to try the radar machine. The training included Pre-trial Motions, Jury Selection, Opening Statement, the Testimony of the Peace Officer, Cross-Examination, where to incorporate 3 drawings, and the Closing Argument. This training was developed by George Long, an Executive Member of the Association, whose office is located in Odessa, Texas.
The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

Mr. Morin graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1992 began practicing law in November of 1992 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Mr. Morin joined the Spartanburg County Public Defender's Office in April of 1995. At the Public Defender's Office Mr. Morin defended all types of criminal cases in both summary court and General Sessions Court. This included working on three capital murder cases, one as first chair attorney.
In January 2003 left the Public Defender's Office and joined the Seventh Circuit Solicitor's Office as an Assistant Solicitor (Assistant District Attorney). For nine years worked out of the Cherokee County office prosecuting at both Summary Court and General Sessions levels. Mr. Morin also handled appeals from the Summary Court level.
In June of 2012 entered private practice as Michael D. Morin, LLC. The main focus of the firm is on criminal defense.
