Noisebank will show ads. And 90% profit generated from ad revenue will be shared with artists as per their popularity.
Digital music has changed the music is half truth, music has always been changing. Music was a luxury, to listen to music one had to go to live music shows where composers played music. Then musical instruments became a little cheaper to buy and people learned to play with help of Sheet music. Then came radio where one could listen to live music which was a lot cheaper medium then it was before. Then came recorded music and now music is digitized. Music has gone from a luxury to being very affordable. Medium for listening to music has always changed and it will change. Noisebank’s aim is to be the best thing to happen to artists in this changing digital era.
Since Noisebank is run by one person, it needs a bigger team for developing better noisebank and bigger marketing. Other things needed are a better infrastructure, better servers, and other relevant services. Noisebank needs public support in developing Noisebank 2.0. It will have better design, improved performance, new security measures, more social, better speed and many new features. And Noisebank will also be developing apps for popular platforms like Android and iOS.
Noisebank will always be free and by time will introduce new ways with which artists can generate more money. If everything goes as planned, In coming years Noisebank will increase the artists share of 90% profit to 99% profit share.
After launching Noisebank 2.0 in few months, they will add feature for artists with which they can pre-sell, market, and distribute music project by setting up their crowd funding page which will also be free of any charges. They will also be adding podcasts.
