Professionals To Be Honored at Inaugural Arizona DiversityFIRSTTM Awards Luncheon

The Arizona Diversity Council will host their Inaugural DiversityFIRSTTM Awards Luncheon on September 22, 2015 at Arizona State University - West Campus, in Glendale, Arizona. During the event, business executives will be honored with the DiversityFIRSTTM Award for their leadership excellence and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within their organizations.

“I am very proud to recognize these extraordinary individuals who have risen above the numerous challenges and barriers barring their paths and achieved success in their distinguished careers,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder & CEO of the National Diversity Council.

The luncheon will begin with registration and networking followed by two best practice sessions. The session topics will include “The Nations Changing Demography: Implications for the Diversification of Leadership” and “The Value of Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace”. Upon completion of the sessions, the awards luncheon will begin, highlighted by keynote speaker Rebecca A. Tsosie, J.D., Vice Provost, Inclusion and Community Engagement, Arizona State University.
