THE WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE ANNOUNCES NEXT CHALLENGE TO START ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2017

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

THE WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE ANNOUNCES NEXT CHALLENGE TO START ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2017

Early Registration Price of $39 until August 30

Los Angeles, CA----August 17, 2017--- Organizers of The Whole Life Challenge, a fast-growing, online health and fitness challenge, announce the next challenge will begin on September 16, 2017. Early registration price is $39.  After August 30, the price will be $49. Corporate plans and non-profit programs are also available.

The Whole Life Challenge (WLC) is an 8-week online health and fitness challenge that teaches participants to build 7 Daily Habits around health, creating a lifestyle dedicated to physical fitness, and overall health and well-being.

Founded by Californian entrepreneurs and fitness coaches Andy Petranek and Michael Stanwyck, the Whole Life Challenge focuses on nutrition, exercise, mobility, sleep, hydration, reflection, and lifestyle practices — creating a 360° experience that goes far beyond most health challenges.

The program offers participants extensive online support, daily accountability, and a friendly, community-driven atmosphere that’s generated a strong underground following since 2011. Since its inception, over 125,000 players have participated in the Challenge.

The Whole Life Challenge’s guidelines for developing the 7 Daily Habits are inclusive and accessible for both beginners and veterans:

·      Nutrition (eat foods from your selected nutrition list)

·      Exercise (10 minutes each day)

·      Mobility (10 minutes each day)

·      Hydration (drink ounces of water equal to body weight in pounds divided by 3)

·      Sleep (for a duration that leaves you feeling rested)

·      Lifestyle (8 unique weekly practices, each meant to build personal well-being)

·      Reflection (at the end of each day, reflect briefly about your achievements)

The three nutritional levels, Kick-Start, Lifestyle and Performance, allow players to choose the list of allowable foods that are most appropriate for their experience, life, and desired outcome.  There are also vegetarian options for each level.  Each plan helps players progressively move toward eliminating addictive, processed foods, sugar, starches, bread, pasta, dairy while adopting a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, good fats and quality proteins.

Each day during the Challenge, players log a score for each of the 7 Daily Habits using the WLC app or website, while simultaneously supporting their teammates. The end results are as unique as the player population (from teenagers to seniors), with participants reporting long-term, sustainable improvements in body composition and image, physical fitness, self-confidence, attitude toward exercise and food choices, internal health metrics (resting heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, A1C, HDL, LDL, triglycerides) and an overall sense of health and well-being.
