Big Brands Share Their Best Social Media Practices at the next SMCSFO
SAN FRANCISCO, September 9, 2015 – What Do HP, Dell, Ancestry, Deloitte and IBM have in Common?Top social media experts will share their insights on leveraging Big Data for these big brands and more at the next Social Media Club of San Francisco event on September 29.
Titled “How Big Brands Use Social Technologies To Improve ROI” will feature speakers from IBM, Hewlett Packard and Zignal Labs.Panelist include: Michelle Killebrew, digital marketing and transformation program director at IBM Cloud division and noted TEDx speaker; Tim Hayden, an author and speaker as well as head of marketing at Zignal Labs and Ted Sclavos, Hewlett Packard’s digital marketing expert focused on engaging social media experiences. The panel will be moderated by long time social media guru, Chris Heuer, founder of Will Someone and The Social Media Club as well as a key leader in launching Deloitte Digital.
Many brands and small business invest enormous amounts time and money to use social technologies to market their goods and services. Through social media, they collect an immense volume of data. However, collecting data is not enough. Successful brands use that data to help predict customer needs, target specific segment, spot trends and optimize their marketing spend.
