Expert Respiratory Therapist, Patricia Jon Berkoski, MS, RRT-NPS, will be Presented in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare
The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Patricia Jon Berkoski, MS, RRT-NPS, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. She is a highly trained and qualified Respiratory Therapist with an extensive expertise in all facets of her work. Patricia Jon Berkoski has been in practice for more than four decades and is currently serving patients as a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist within St. Francis Hospital and The Heart Center in Roslyn, New York.
Patricia has been working as a Respiratory Therapist since 1970. In 1987, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Cardiorespiratory Sciences from the State University of New York in Stony Brook, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Gerontology from Long Island University in 1998. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and holds additional certifications in CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and is also a Certified Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist.
Patricia currently serves as Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator with Catholic Health Services, and she remains a distinguished member of the American Association for Respiratory Care, the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, the National Board for Respiratory Care, and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. She attributes her success to her passion for respiratory therapy, and to the motivation she gets from her family, and when she is not assisting patients, Patricia enjoys swimming, snorkeling, yoga, dancing, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
